Supreme Court rules Trump Executive Order limiting birthright citizenship is unlawful

In a major victory, the U.S. Supreme Court today ruled that President Donald Trump’s executive order seeking to restrict birthright citizenship is unconstitutional.

Under the settlement, the County will refrain from enforcing local laws that had the effect of curtailing water deliveries to Shasta Vista.
