Pauline Guillermo-Togawa – Director of Development

A native San Franciscan and long-time Asian American community organizer, Pauline currently serves as the fundraising chair for a number of community-based boards and national advisory councils. She comes to Asian Law Caucus with more than 15 years of experience in Development and over 20 years in Marketing, with broad experience in all facets of nonprofit fundraising including strategic planning, board development, individual donor campaigns, and planned giving. In 2006 she founded the Fundraising Network for Communities of Color, matching development resources with small non-profits. Professionally, Pauline enjoyed a successful career in Marketing with a Fortune 500 Company in New York and New Jersey before returning to the Bay Area to serve as the Executive Director of the Global Center for Internet Access and Disability Research. She is a noted author, lecturer and expert on accessibility issues, accessible web design, ergonomic biotechnology and broadband technology.
Pauline holds a B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State, an MBA in International Finance from Rutgers University, and several technical certifications.
